Meet our Clinicians
  • Shaleese Rockett, LCSW
  • My name is Shaleese Rockett, people often call me Rockett. As a Clinician, it has been my goal to utilize the evidence-based tools I have learned to integrate the mind with the body and the individual’s environment into a more holistic perspective. My treatment approach is eclectic by nature, but I often pull in elements of Somatic Experiencing, CBT, and DBT in my practice. I often work well with clients that enjoy use of humor and active creativity in session.
  • I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the field of Social Work. Throughout my career I have gained extensive practice in working with individuals through a myriad of traumatic events, environmental factors, and behavioral concerns. My time in Social Work has taught me that there is not one approach that will work for every person.
  • I completed my Bachelors degree at Park University and Masters in Social Work at University Missouri Kansas-City while building a family of 5 with my husband of 18 years. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and occasional traveling. I prioritize my health and wellbeing through nature walks, prayer and meditation, and visits with my therapist.
  • Congratulations on putting yourself first, I look forward to meeting you and joining you on your journey towards wellness.
  • Insurance Accepted: Aetna & Cigna

  • Jamie Jarrett, LMSW
  • Hi, I’m Jamie (She/Her/Hers). Together we will prioritize connecting the mind to the body, building a sense of security within yourself, and building on the strengths within you to reach your wellness goals. I am committed to creating an atmosphere of safety, trust, and inclusivity, embracing individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. I welcome and take an affirming stance when working with individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community.
  • Driven by social justice and a belief in individual strength and resiliency, I take a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to my work. It is important to me that I understand your unique environment and experiences in order to provide effective support. I believe there is not a singular approach that can be applied to every person. I often implement tools from CBT and elements of Somatic Experiencing, however, the therapeutic experience should be tailored to each individual, so I utilize an array of evidence-based tools and encourage feedback to support your journey toward healing.
  • Over the past 4 years, I have gained experience working with teens and adults in all life stages. My practice has included working with those who have been exposed to extreme traumas, traumatic and unexpected grief, various personality disorders, and navigating symptoms of anxiety and depression.
  • Seeking support, especially from a stranger, can feel uncomfortable. I commend you for taking this step and I look forward to creating an environment that can make this process not only comfortable but hopefully enjoyable.
  • Insurance Accepted: WellCare, Home State Health, Care1st
